2m Flat Pack Metal Storage Unit – Galvanized Steel Store with Floor

The 2m Flat Pack Metal Storage Unit provides a compact and practical storage solution for commercial sites, workshops, businesses, schools, clubs, gardens and other locations requiring enclosed steel storage.

Constructed with a fully galvanized steel body, the unit combines a compact footprint with a substantial storage area. Its external dimensions are approximately 2.02m long × 2.14m wide × 2.09m high (6.6ft × 7.0ft × 6.9ft), making it suitable for locations where a conventional shipping container may be too large.

The unit is supplied flat packed, allowing the individual components to be transported and moved into locations that may be difficult to access with a fully assembled storage container. According to the product specification, the complete flat-packed unit weighs approximately 271 kg (597 lb), while the heaviest individual demounted component weighs approximately 88 kg (194 lb).

Once assembled, the unit provides internal dimensions of approximately 1.90m × 2.07m × 2.00m (6.2ft × 6.8ft × 6.6ft). A hinged steel access door measuring approximately 1.25m wide × 1.80m high (4.1ft × 5.9ft) provides access for tools, equipment, supplies and other stored items.

The storage unit uses 0.72mm galvanized steel for its wall construction and includes a 15mm OSB board floor. The floor is rated for a maximum evenly distributed load of approximately 1,000 kg (2,205 lb).

A double-locking system is incorporated into the door design for controlled access. The flat-pack design also allows multiple compatible units to be connected side-by-side or end-to-end where a larger storage configuration is required.

Suitable applications include tool storage, construction equipment, landscaping supplies, maintenance equipment, business inventory, school equipment, sports-club supplies and general outdoor storage.
